  • Epic System

The Environmental Passive Integrated Chamber (EPIC) system captures and filters stormwater runoff at its source and stores the water for irrigation. This passive subsurface irrigation system uses capillary physics and gravity to deliver water and nutrients to the plants through an interconnected series of chambers and pans. Research has shown that the EPIC System provides better turf quality while reducing irrigation needs by as much as 80% when compared to conventional irrigation methods.

    Muellner Green Roof System

This is an intensive (deep- 12 inches or more) lightweight green roof system that allows for the growth of a greater variety of plants and turf. This deeper system allows for normal lawn and recreation use, unlike the shallower extensive systems. This patent applied for system uses a unique combination of lightweight materials and the EPIC system to provide stormwater control, plant irrigation and increased life expectancy. It can be added to new and existing roofs.

    Netlon Advanced Turf System (ATS)

This technology consists of pieces of small interlocking, three-dimensional plastic polyethylene mesh elements. When incorporated in a sand base profile they provide a turf that resists compaction, with increased load-bearing capacities, and enhanced infiltration properties. The system can be used for sports fields, grass overflow parking, or utility and emergency vehicle access areas ö anywhere that needs extra durability and recovery capabilities.

Permeable Pavers & Open Cell Grid Pavers

These new paving technologies combine parking, infiltration and detention facilities into one location, eliminating the need for separate storm sewer facilities. They are attractive and are capable of handling repetitive traffic loads normally requiring a more substantial system.

    RTF & Other Grass Varieties

The location of the site will dictate the type of grasses-warm season, cool season, or transitional- that are appropriate for a certain job. Site use also dictates the type of grass. Some grasses are more tolerant to high use, salt, dry and/or wet conditions.
