Fleifel has successfully built, managed and sold several companies across the Middle East, the United States and South America, in sectors including general trading, engineering, architecture, real estate development, finance, transport and mining. Following his time abroad Fleifel moved to the Middle East, in search of water management solutions that would address the ever prevalent water crisis. As CEO of EPIC Green Solutions, Fleifel's focus is on building a specialised international team, one that will draw from their technical and managerial expertise in order to expand the footprint of the technology and to ensure that environmental sustainability is both feasible and profitable. ![]() Bart Glenn RehbeinManaging Director – EPIC GREEN SOLUTIONSBart Glenn Rehbein has more than 35 years experience in executive and project management, landscaping, civil construction, underground utilities, land development, project development and golf course construction. Rehbein has not only enhanced the reputation of the major global companies he has worked for, but also impressively increased their bottom line profits. Rehbein's focus as Managing Director for EPIC Green Solutions is to oversee daily operations of Epic Green Solutions in the Middle East, establish and implement strategic directives, develop new business opportunities and liaise with vendors and distributors. In addition Rehbein also over sees the U.S. operations and manages the relationship with Firestone as master distributor for EGS's products in North America. Before joining EPIC Green Solutions in 2010, Rehbein worked as Middle East Consultant and Representative for Rehbein Environmental Solutions in the USA for two years, developing strategies for new business relationships using unique engineering solutions for building sports pitches, irrigation and storm water management. He later implemented and supervised test plots in the UAE for the introduction of the system into the Middle East, acquiring the patent license for a new irrigation system, which consumes 80% less water and that can utilise salt water and grey water for source. ![]() Charles Roger DabdoubCommercial Director – EPIC GREEN SOLUTIONSCharles Roger Dabdoub holds over 27 years of experience in implementing successful growth strategies for a number of globally recognised institutions. As Commercial Director for EPIC Green Solutions, Dabdoub is responsible for the development and setting up of operations for the company, client prioritisation and relationship strategy, distributor assignment, business development, and preparing for the company's global launch in 2011. Prior to joining EPIC Green Solutions, Dabdoub worked for HORECA Trade and British American Tobacco in a series of progressive roles within the Trade Marketing & Distribution (TM&D) division around North Africa. His accomplishments included setting up the standards for company guidelines, efficient distribution in targeted outlets, and the launch and creation of brand awareness across North Africa. In this role, Dabdoub was able to build on his earlier experience working with Rothman's of Pall Mall Int'l Ltd. (Palestine) as Sales & Merchandising Manager where he was responsible for launching and raising awareness of the company's brands. ![]() Jonas Z. SipailaDirector of Innovation – EPIC Green SolutionsMr. Jonas Sipaila is the Director of Innovation at EPIC Green Solutions, a role that allows him to focus his engineering skills on new product development, research and education. With over 40 years of experience in the fields of environmental health, hazardous waste management, and water management technology and application as well as environmentally friendly irrigation systems, Sipaila not only founded and served as President and Research and Development Manager of his own company, Evaporative Control Systems, for 7 years but also managed environmental health divisions for two counties in upstate New York for 17 years. While there, Sipaila was instrumental in research and start-up development of a number of public health programs. Sipaila – who has published several national articles on a variety of subjects - also holds the patents to EPIC Green Solutions's subsurface fluid distribution apparatus and actively continues to research and design new and innovative products. Throughout his career, Sipaila – an out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on problem solving challenges – has continued to strive to provide fully integrated and innovative engineering design capabilities to ensure that EPIC Green Solutions remains a leader in environmental solutions technology and application. |
